Event - School Council Elections

28 September 2017

On Thursday 28th September the children voted for who they wanted to represent them on the School’s Council.

Our School Council is made up from two children from each of the four classes. A School Council is a group of students who are elected to represent the views of all pupils and to improve their school. They meet every half term and bring ideas from their class for discussion.

After preparing and delivering speeches, the children eagerly cast their votes to decide on the new members for the School Council.

We look forward to discussing the ideas this year’s school council members bring to the meetings.

The children learnt about the voting process.

Each person had one vote which they completed in the voting booths.

Each child had to register to receive their voting slip.
